Overview
Annarie Boor is a multidisciplinary leader across education, creative production and consultancy. She leads the Education Hub at Tapping Frog, serves as lead talent manager in the Creative Hub and brings senior organisational experience – including HR leadership – to strategic projects. Her practice combines classroom-tested pedagogy, industry-level creative production and inclusive leadership to deliver measurable impact for learners, artists and partner organisations.
Scope of work
Annarie’s work spans three interlocking spheres:
- Education: curriculum design, SEND-adapted drama and movement pedagogy, teacher development and school partnerships that embed inclusive, trauma-informed practice.
- Creative production & talent: film and theatre production, directing, casting relationships and talent management that create professional pathways for emerging artists.
- Consultancy & leadership: organisational consultancy, mentoring, multi-agency collaboration and strategic HR experience to support sustainable provision and workforce development.
Professional profile
Annarie began performing professionally at age eight and trained in performing arts and film, later completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching at the Royal Academy of Dance. Her accredited mime and movement curriculum has been recognised for improving student focus and engagement.
Returning to the UK, Annarie expanded into film – writing, producing and directing award-winning projects – and co-founded Tapping Frog to bridge education and creative production. She also brings senior organisational experience, having held leadership responsibilities that included HR oversight and staff development.
